this is a exceptionally well made piece of equipment, meets my needs perfectly, I purchased the cart to enable me to move the oven around my back yard living space as needed, heats up quickly and allows you to make true Napoletana pizza, the customer service at Fontana Forni USA is five star as well, you need this oven!!!

I had previously owned an all clay wonderful wood burning pizza oven. It was amazing but was a business tool and sold with the business. I wanted a more user friendly backyard oven. My Fontana Firenze didn't disappoint! The quality is exceptional. The user experience is exceptional, and of course my pizza is exceptional :) Not to be overlooked was the customer service I received. If your considering this oven give Fontana Forni a call, I highly recommend.

Amazing oven. Quick up to temperature. Perfect pizza every time
I hemmed and hawed, did tons of research, and still worried about making such a big investment in an outdoor oven. I wanted something more robust than the smaller pizza-specific ovens that are so popular today, plus with the ability to do bread or other lower-temp items. I could not be happier with my Firenze hybrid oven. The ability to use gas for most of my cooks is exactly what I needed, and you have fairly decent control of temps. There is a bit of a learning curve, figuring out the hot spots and how to play with the damper to get the right temperature. But so far, it has been great fun. The unit seems built to last. We'll see how Texas summers treat it. But so far, so good. Oh, and they aren't kidding about having 4 people to help move it into place and get it set up. Also, I consider the oven riser to be required for anyone over 5'9". I'm 5'11" and it is great. Wish it was 2-3 inches taller, but I can't imagine using it without the riser.
This oven doesn't just look good, but it is absolutely simple to use and it produces an amazing pizza. My entire purchase experience was fantastic, from my initial inquiry, to the order, to the delivery, to the setup. I'm very happy with Fontana and my new oven.
Firenze arrived in perfect shape. Got it set up today. 36 degrees with a 40 mph wind. Oven came to temptress almost immediately and stayed at temp through 3 pizzas. Super happy.

We absolutely love our pizza oven. We struggled because of the cost and then to settle on the larger size but well worth it as it's an investment that you won't miss. It's so easy to light and warm up quickly, been making best pizzas, chicken, fish and much more! It is well worth saving. I will say if you are going to go hybrid though opt for this size as any smaller with a wood fire and space will be tight vs non hybrid. Now I'm focused on cooking cools, cast iron pans and much more!
If you are looking for a great oven this is definitely one to take in serious consideration. The Customer Service is great and we had a small technical question regarding the gas starter. They were able to help immediately with relevant advice. The Saputo Stone cooking is really the way to go. We have used this twice .. its an oven that definitely where you need learn as you go with with it. Its very powerful and heats quickly. Accordingly you need to learn the sweet hot spots in the stove. As we have continued to use, our progressive knowledge and confidence has lead to great results. The construction and build of the oven tells you that its quality. Its heavy ... ours is over 300lbs with the cart but using the cart is a breeze.
We had considered purchasing the oven for a few years. When the gas option became an option. We made the purchase. Customer support has been outstanding. We had an issue with the saputo stone that was quickly remedied. We have had a few fun family pizza nights already! It's actually quick and easy with the gas option.
It all started with a new Kitchen aide mixer and making pizza dough. Next thing I know I bought this. Funny how things snowball. The oven is the real deal and great fun to play with. Assembly was pretty easy, needed help lifting oven to stand but that's what grandkids are for. Highly recommend for your outdoor kitchen.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
